Dear Captain Costas, Konstantina and Akis, It is with great regret that we leave you all tomorrow, but rest assured we will carry fond memories of our time on Nova with her illustrious crew. Dear Nova crew, Berj’s dream vacation was to sail the Greek islands. He asked me to coordinate it. Never in my wildest dreams did I expect to put together such a fabulous trip. Nova is a beautiful catamaran. You the crew make certain everyone from all age groups have fun. We enjoyed the various islands with all the special sites. The water activities were also fun. Dear Costas, Akis and Dina, I cannot thank you enough for the wonderful amazing week aboard the beautiful Nova. We had been planning this trip a family for the past 3 years, and you exceeded ALL our expectations. Costas you are a very skilled Captain and you always set us up in the very best spots, thank you !! Akis you are the most amazing Chef, we have NEVER had such amazing food. We ate so much more than we should, diets when we get home, but it was all worth it because it was truly AMAZING and so delicious. Dina, thank you for being such a caring and fun hostess, always making sure our needs were met. Thank you for the wonderful massage and foot scrub. You’re the best ! Dear Costas, Dina and Takis, Thank you so much for such a wonderful holiday. We’ve had some great holidays before but this must be the best ! Captain Costas, nothing was too much trouble. Your knowledge of the islands meant that each day was perfect. And you even found octopus for us to look at up close, and dived for sea urchins for our aperitif. Takis, the food you cooked was amazing ! I don’t think we’ve had a week of such deliciousness. You have spoilt us all and we are extremely grateful for the thoughtfulness and care around our different dietary needs. And Dina, what can I say ? There seems to be nothing you can’t do. Notre 3ème expédition sur Nova fut aussi merveilleuse que les précédentes. Nous avons découvert des nouvelles îles des Cyclades accompagnés d’un fort meltem de force 7 ! Nous avons surmonté tout cela avec brio et un grand sourire. Une nouvelle découverte cette année fut Stelios, ce talentueux chef qui nous a initiés à la cuisine sous vide, un vrai délice ! One word describes this vacation aboard Nova: Epic ! Exceeded our expectations on every front, from the most amazing food with crazy good service. We enjoyed a relaxing cruise in the northern Dodecanese islands. Nova is extremely comfortable compared to its peers, with perfect layout and excellent seakeeping. The crew has been professional and reliable in any respect. Food onboard was delicious and better than any restaurant ashore.
